“My strengths as a Success Coach come from my listening skills, empathetic nature, and my resourceful attitude towards challenges and setbacks.  I strive to get to know each student on a personal level so I can tailor my support to each student's particular goals and needs. I've always been curious about people's unique life stories and how their experiences shape their view of the world. In both my work and personal life, I'm always amazed that virtual strangers feel comfortable enough in my presence to share deeply personal stories about themselves.  In my work with students, my goal is to support and encourage each student to tap into their strengths, appreciate their skills and talents, and learn from their life experiences.  I believe that most of us already have what we need to navigate life, but it helps to have a neutral listening ear (in the form of a coach) to help us recognize our own power and take concrete actions to move forward.”
