What do you wish you had known when you were in college?

I wish I had known more about all the resources on campus and taken advantage of them. I think there is a lot that is available and sometimes it can be overwhelming. I think that if I had known more about what was offered that would have helped. But also for the resources that I did know about, I wish I had taken advantage of them. Sometimes it was that I felt intimidated because I didn't know what to ask, and other times it was because I thought that I could get it done on my own and felt like I didn't need help.

What does your perfect day off look like?

My perfect day off would be a balance of a wellness/physical activity (working out, running, yoga or hiking), good food (I LOVE Brunch), a fun activity (exploring a new place, the beach, dancing, etc.), and being in the company of a friend or loved one.

What are your top personal goals for this year?

Three personal goals that I have for this year are:

1. To continue working towards my physical well being goal. What this looks like is working out and doing other activities that support my physical wellness.
2. I want to explore other hobbies that interest me. There are sooo many things that I want to pick back up or explore more of. Some include: sewing, drawing, and dancing.
3. I want to continue building and maintaining my professional relationships.

What are your strengths as a Success Coach?

I believe that my strengths as a Success Coach come from my own experiences, both personal and professional.  My strengths as a Coach are that I am open to learning and growing. Not just personally but also with the students that I hope to support. I am also the type of person that likes to reach my goals and that energy translates into the work that I do. I look forward to meeting you and I’m excited about the work that we will achieve together.
