"My strengths as a Success Coach lie in empathizing with student experiences and identities. Each student has a unique story that led them to higher education. It is my honor and privilege as a Success Coach to be able to connect with students and learn about their stories. First-gen stories are often layered with various challenges and accomplishments along the way, which build upon students’ resiliency and knowledge. Thus, I fervently believe each student enters higher education with the skills and potential to accomplish their educational and career goals. It is this belief that drives me to support students through earnest connection, advocacy, and compassion. My own success is tied into the success of my students as they navigate higher education and beyond."
